St. Luke's Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Coach to join our team in either Boise or Twin Falls!

**Continuous Improvement Coach**

This is an internal coaching position within the St. Luke's Health System (SLHS). The individual will apply improvement and change methodologies, tools and principles with the goal of assisting SLHS in achieving the organizational goals. The Coach will also work closely with customers, managers, Program and Project Managers throughout the organization on assigned strategic improvement and change activities by providing coaching, training, and completing the work. This position reports to a Manager in the Operations Improvement Department.

**Required Criteria**

+ Bachelor's Degreeor 4 year's of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

+ Four or more years of experience in improvement (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Human Performance Improvement); change management experience (Kotter, AD-KAR, PROSCI, Lewin, Kubler-Ross) will also be considered

**Preferred Criteria**

+ Previous Healthcare experience
