**Overview**


St. Luke's is looking for a Rehab Clinical Program Managerto join us in our strategy to be the community's trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient-centered care.


The Rehabilitation Clinical Program Manager provides direct patient care and is responsible for developing and managing consistent, evidence-based and patient-centric care for large, complex program that is broad in coverage, complexity or scope.


Required Criteria


+ Valid license to practice physical, occupational, or speech therapy in Idaho

+ 5 years of experience

+ Current CPR certification
